Squishy pads on sidewalk pond's
October rainfall
They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. Going their way they went and wept: scattering their seed. But returning, they shall come with joyfulness: bringing their sheaves with them.

The first time I read this I thought it said "Sodum-lit leaves". HAHAHA. oops.
Haha, well that would do a lot to change the meaning of the haiku!
