The blackness of the pupil is a regression into the infinity, a deep well with distant and unseen cool waters, a glance into a rainy night. The blackness beams out, lifeless ball into moist earth. Nothing issues forth; nothing penetrates without being lost forever. A black hole, it perpetually imbibes and never overflows. It drains neither behind nor underneath. It is always empty. It is an infinity of emptiness. The head contains two of these.

I would like to sip from those distant and unseen cool waters.
